If you currently use an outside company for your Fit Testing, CUSTOM FIT PLUS offers to you a guarantee of $5.00 less, per test, than any price currently being paid.

If you are doing your own Fit Testing and no longer want the responsibility, CUSTOM FIT PLUS will perform all testing at an agreed upon fee. Our pricing will not be beaten by any other company. We offer a no-obligation presentation describing our services for your Chiefs / Board of Fire Commissioners, Safety Officers, Safety Engineer, etc. at a date and time convenient to you.

SERVICE 1

Review of Any Current Respiratory Protection Program.
CUSTOM FIT PLUS will review any current respiratory protection program that you may have in place and make any necessary recommendations for compliance with OSHA, NFPA standards.
SERVICE 2

Quantitative Fit Testing for Any Full Face and/or Half Face Respirator.
CUSTOM FIT PLUS will perform respirator fit testing on any full face or half face respirator that your employees / members are required to, or elect to wear.

Quantitative Fit Testing for Any N95, KN95, N100 Respirator.

Medical Clearance by a PLHCP.

Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)
CUSTOM FIT PLUS can review the OSHA respiratory clearance questionnaire during the fit testing. Medical Clearance by a PLHCP can be provided as well. If necessary, a PFT can be performed.
